Catherine Curran has been with the HNB group since February of 2020. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable throughout the entire process with the sale or purchase of their home. Emilie Dube has been the Operations Manager/Team Administrator for the Happy New Beginnings Team since January 2022. Emilie moved to Richmond in 2006 and spent 20 years in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor, yoga instructor and a personal training. Although she has only been in the real estate business since 2019, her attention to detail, organization skills, customer service skills, event planning and transaction management have been an asset to our HNB Team. When not promoting and cheering our team on, Emilie enjoys spending time with her family and her 3 rescue pups.

Vicki Huber joined The Happy New Beginnings Team in the Spring of 2022. After years in Corporate America, Vicki decided to follow her passion as a stager and realtor. Her attention to detail and design is unmatched. Vicki helps her clients by offering incredible staging advice and home preparation to gather the best offers for clients selling their homes. Being from Richmond is an advantage to her clients buying a home, as she knows all areas and what area is the best fit for their needs.
